Men Exclusive- How To lose That Pot Belly

Except we are not sincere with ourselves, men with pot belly would always want  them reduced if not flattened but many have tried what they could do to no avail. Or it may be simply put; they have not discovered the magic wand.

Want to know the quickest way  to lose some inches around the waist and get that six pack? Follow the panacea  below and within a month  your trousers will bring out the difference:

  1. Lie on your back and lift your legs so that  you have created   a 90 degree angle at  your hips and knees; rest  your fingers  at your temples, elbow out.

2.Keep your head and neck straight  as possible and pull yourself up  so far  that you  feel that you are having  to use your neck. You can  cross your feet at the ankles  to provide  some stability.

3.Do three  sets of 8-10 at least every second day. Remember  that  the important  thing is quality. There is no  point pushing  yourself  to more  if you are doing them  right.

THE BACK SAVER

The exercise is to  strengthen your back and  balance the abs work you are doing.

Lie on  your stomach  with your hands by your sides, lift your chest  away  from the floor  until you  feel  a contraction  in your  lower back, and then  lower.

Every  time  you lower , turn  your head  to a different  side  so that  you are not  straining  one side  of your neck. Aim to do 2-3 sets of  10.

THE FAT BURNER

To burn  off fat at the same time   as building  your abs, we  recommend  various exercises ranging  from cycling  for an average  of 20 to 30 minutes daily, swimming moderately  for 30  to 45 minutes or jogging at a moderate  pace  for 20 to 60 minutes daily. You can  take a day or two off in between  and just  do the abdominal exercises.

#For those that drink beer, cutting down  will help.

#Eat  healthy meals, plenty  of fish  and vegetables.

#  Avoid eating  late at night  and in between meals
