The Police have arrested one Sanusi Lauwali in Bauchi State over alleged kidnapping, armed robbery, and other criminal acts in Jos Plateau State.
During the parade of the suspect by the Commissioner of Police, Bauchi State Command, Sylvester Alabi the suspect disclosed that he had killed several people during religious crises in Jos Plateau State.
The suspect made it known that whenever there is any religious crises in the State, his boss(name undisclosed) would give them guns to go to Plateau to kill Christians.
The 27-year old suspect was not specific about the number of people he had killed during the religious crisis in the State but said the victims are not up to ten(10), but I think they are at least 5 people.
‘’ I killed these people during a religious crisis in Plateau State. These are the people I shot and killed.
Asked where he gets the guns he uses to kill, he said it’s the boss that gives us the guns’’.
‘’I live in Tunga village outside Jos, but anytime there is a crisis, he will send us to the place to go and kill Christians’’.
I ran away and went back to my home town in Ningi Local Government Area for about one year now’’.
Daily Post recalls that the State was recently plunged into an unusual security crisis following the mass killings of some travelers by gunmen yet to be identified.
Most States have evacuated their citizens studying in Jos pending the time normalcy would return while some schools remained shut.
