Nasir-El- Rufai, the Kaduna State Governor has counseled on Wednesday that the Federal Government should declare the bandits as terrorists.
According to the controversial Governor of Kaduna State, this will enable the military to kill the bandits without flouting the international law.
E- Rufai made this statement after receiving the third quarter security report of the State.
