President Buhari Sued over Nomination of Onochie As INEC Chairman President Muhamadu Buhari has been dragged to court over the nomination of his Media Aid, Lauretta Onochie as Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)
The President was sued by a coalition of nine Civil Service Organisations (CSOS) after the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, asked the Committee on INEC to commence the screening process.
