Oyetola and Adeleke

Justice Tertsea Aorga Kume-led Osun State election petition tribunal sitting in Osogbo has held that the witnesses called by both the petitioners and respondents admitted overvoting and thereby the election declared by the 1st respondent on the July 16, 2022 governorship election was not in compliance with the law.

The declaration of the 2nd respondent is hereby declared null and void.
