A middle-aged man found dead inside his vehicle in Lagos.
The man identified as Segun Adelere was found dead in his vehicle in the New Garage area of Lagos state on Tuesday, June 10.
The man was found gasping for air inside his vehicle by vigilant passersby who quickly notified members of the Transport Union in the area.
APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, who shared the information on Facebook, said the deceased passed away before any assistance could be rendered. He said the man’s remains have since been deposited in a morgue and an autopsy is expected to be conducted on it.
Igbokwe wrote;
‘’It was a tragíc moment yesterday June 10, 2025, when transport union members at New Garage on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway observed that a middle age man was struggling with his lífe in his vehicle!
A man, identified as Adebowale Segun Adelere, was found unrespónsive in his Cherry car (LND 483 FV) parked near the NGAB filling station. He was seen gasping for bréath and sadly passed áway before assistance could arrive.
Meanwhile, the body was taken to Divine Hospital Mortuary for preservation and autopsy.
