Afeez Okunade,an Osun-based man earlier declared missing has reportedly been found dead.
Okunade hailed from Olunrebi Compound, in Ikirun, headquarters of the Ifelodun local government area of the state.
This disclosure was made by Lateef Agboola, a journalist with Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC) who hailed from the town too.
On Tuesday, Agboola wrote “Okunade Afeez from Olunrebi Compound, Ikirun, Osun State, has been declared missing.
“If found, please report to the nearest police station or Call: 07069956179.”
In an updated development on Wednesday, he however wrote: “Afeez Okunade, earlier declared missing has been found dead 😭.
“May Allah grant him aljanat fridaus and give the family he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
The Osun State Police Command is yet to comment on the incident.
