Nationnewslead reports that an Oyo State High Court sitting in Ogbomoso has nullified the appointment of Prince Afolabi Ghandi Olaoye as Soun of Ogbomoso.
The judgment on the removal of Prince Afolabi Ghandi Olaoye as Soun of Ogbomoso was given on Wednesday, October 25, 2023
This decision followed a suit filed by another contestant for the throne, Prince Kabir Olaoye, challenging Ghandi’s nomination and appointment.
The plaintiff had contended that the process that produced Ghandi as the Soun Of Ogbomosho was faulty.
