COCONUT RICE INGREDIENTS
- Onions Tin tomatoes paste
- Fresh tomatoes,
- Grind pepper
- Salt seasoning to taste
HOW TO PREPARE COCONUT RICE
- Break the coconut to remove the shell grate and squeeze the coconut to get the milky water that you will use to cook the rice.
- Parboil the rice a little bit, then filter the water and pour the coconut water in a pot together with the rice parboiled and allow to cook for some minutes.
- Add other ingredients and seasoning together and slice onion till the rice absorbs the coconut water
- Add the margarine and seasoning to taste
You can thereafter serve your coconut rice to your delight.
