A video making waves online captured the moment a young lady walked around the streets mad after she was dropped off by an unknown vehicle at the centre of the road.
The lady was dressed in a yellow sleeveless top and black trousers, publicly dancing and pulling off her clothes while at the middle of the road.
According to an eyewitness account, she was allegedly dropped off by a suspected yahoo boy returning from a party.
She was spotted well dressed but suddenly began to behave abnormally.
She has wandered the streets with her personal belongings littered all over the ground.
