The Governor of Osun State Ademola Adeleke has rolled out Calendar of activities to mark his second year in office.
This was revealed today November 22, 2024, by the Anniversary Committee led by Teslim Igbalaye, Secretary to the State Government, at the Government House Oke-Fia, Osogbo.

Igbalaye highlighted the media’s vital role in putting the government on its toes and also projecting government’s achievements from time to time for the world to behold.
In his words,Governor Adeleke ” has accomplished milestones often equated with a four-year term in just two years in office!!
The celebration which has started in a jiffy, is to run from now to December, which will witness several high-profile events.
Highlights of the events include among others:
(a) “Commissioning of the Old Garage-Oke Fia-Lameco Expressway by former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
(b)“Expanded Ipade Imole (a town hall meeting), Commissioning of the Ring Road by Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde.
(c) “Lunch with former President Obasanjo.
(d) State Broadcast by Governor Adeleke.
(e) Novelty Match and Numerous State Awards.
(f). “Commissioning of numerous projects across the 30 Local Government Areas.
(g) Commissioning of Iresi Township Roads by the governor.”

The celebrations among other things shall bring to the fore, Governor Adeleke’s giant developmental strides and his high and focused commitment to transforming Osun State and putting the State on the global map in terms of development.
